Monica is an elegant 6-bedroom Mykonos villa, where modern design merges with the traditional Cycladic architecture. Perched on a hill in the Agios Ioannis area, offers mesmerizing sea views, overlooking the popular Little Venice. Its privileged location guarantees a secluded and relaxed experience, yet Mykonos town, vibrant with local life, is only a few minutes’ drive away. Occupying a huge plot area that features a large private pool, multiple lounge areas, and gardens with exotic trees, Monica is the epitome of luxury vacation.

Outdoors
Local stone, whitewashed walls, and lush vegetation embellish the exterior area of Monica. Palm trees line the paved path that leads to the ample outdoor space, where nothing has been spared of. The first thing you see as you enter the patio is your private large 130 sqm pool that embraces the terrace with deluxe sunbeds around it, just the perfect place to cool off after a long day of holiday bliss. There are 2 comfortable lounge areas with contemporary furnishings – one by the pool and one under a wooden pergola. The stunning scenery completes with an alfresco dining area that can seat up to 10 guests.

Interior design
There are but a few Mykonos villas of traditional Cycladic architecture and Monica is definitely one of them. Whitewashed walls, wooden floors and ceilings, and warm, earthy tones blend beautifully with modern yet minimal design. Through an arched ceiling, there is a state-of-the-art fully equipped kitchen connecting to a dining area for up to 8 guests and an open plan living room where you can unwind and relax with an espresso at hand. Large French doors fill every room of the ground level with natural light, leading to the pool area. You can choose among 6 luxury bedrooms, each with high-comfort amenities, en-suite bathroom, and direct access to the outdoor area. Ready for some pampering?
